Volunteer Opportunity: Annual Ski Swap & Open House

Help out at our annual Ski Swap & Open House on October 16 & 17 at Wesley Clover Parks. Training will be provided on-site for all volunteer roles.

Opportunities:

Ski Swap Intake – Friday evening
2 or 3 persons to assist those wishing to drop off equipment for the ski swap.
When: Friday October 16 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Ski Swap Intake – Saturday
3 or 4 persons to assist those people wishing to drop off equipment for ski swap.
When: Sat Oct 17 from 8:15 to 10:00 am
Ski Swap Cashiers
3 or 4 persons to tally purchases and collect the cash from customers.
When: Required on Saturday Oct 17 from 10:15 to 1:00PM
Refreshment Table – 2 or 3 persons to manage the refreshment table as people come up for coffee or hot chocolate or baked treats. Refreshments are by donation so only need to point to the Donation Jar. When: Required on Saturday Oct 17 from 10:00 to 1: 30 PM.
