Training/Schedule Week of Jan 31

Congratulations for an excellent training session(s) on Saturday, and way to go for all of you that made the trip to Murphy’s Point for the Tay Valley Loppet, and to Pembroke for the PAXC skate race.  Results and photos will be posted soon.

This week there is the Silver Spoon in Deep River.  The on-line registration deadline is Thursday.  The Kanata Pretzel Sprint Race is on Sunday and the registration deadline is Friday on Zone 4.  You will be forwarded a password to register as you have paid the fees already.

Tuesday February 01, 6:30-8:00;  Mlacak Centre – Time trials, sprints and other frivolity.  Technique:  Skate

Thursday February 03, 6:30-8:00;  Mlacak Centre will not be groomed until Friday, we will meet at Riverfront Park.  Technique: Skate.  If you are doing Silver Spoon on Saturday, beel free to bring classic skis.

Saturday February 5th:  Deep River Silver Spoon please advise me asap as to who is registering.   Training Gatineau Park – 8:30 – P5, Steve will lead the session.  Technique: Skate

Sunday February 6th:  Kanata Pretzel Sprints – Mlacak Centre.
