Para-Nordic Racers Group Training – 17 to 23 Jan

  • Wednesday Jan-19th 7:00 to 9:00 pm Group Ski SKATE technique at Mooney’s Bay Ski Centre with Kate working on step turns into corners improve acceleration.
  • Thursday Jan-20th 7:00 to 9:00 pm Group ski CLASSIC technique at P1 Gatineau Park (Asticou) with 2* 10 mins legs only Z2 group strength.
  • Saturday Jan-22nd 9:00 to 11:30 am Group ski CLASSIC technique from P10 Gatineau Park (Dunlop Road) with 12* 4 sec sprints during the distance ski. If P10 is full then the alternate parking location is P9 (off Meech Lake Road) and then ski up toward P10.
  • Sunday Jan-23rd 8:00 am to 15:00 pm Combined CLASSIC and SKATE Coupe Skinouk Ski Race at Gatineau Park P2 (on trails in the area south of Relais Plein Air). Morning Classic Prologue and afternoon Skate Race.
