Para-Nordic Group Training – 3 to 9 Jan-2011

The Para-Nordic group training plan this week is as follows:

  • Wednesday Jan-5th 7:00 to 9:00 pm (cancelled) CLASSIC ski practice at Mooney’s Bay Ski Centre, 2960 Riverside Dr. Ottawa. Plan for a “dryland” training run and hill session with poles.
  • Thursday Jan-6th 7:00 to 9:00 pm SKATE ski practice at P10 Gatineau Park (off Dunlop Road).
  • Saturday Jan-8th 8:30 to 11:30 am SKATE ski practice at P5 Gatineau Park (at Kingsmere Road & Gatineau Parkway).
  • Sunday Jan-9th 1:00 to 3:00 pm CLASSIC ski practice at P6 Gatineau Park (Mackenzie-King Estate).
