Gatineau Park – Parkways

September 18

On Saturday, we tried the new pavement for roller skiing along the Terry Fox Drive extension.  5.4 kilometres of beautiful smooth pavement, with only one driveway and one railway track crossing. A reminder that early registration ends at the end of September. Regular training is underway. More

We had an excellent season and to wrap it up an  exceptional spring skiing season to boot. April is traditionally our month of rest and time to recharge the batteries and think of summer activities. Week of March 7th

We will not call it training for the rest of the season, let's just get out and enjoy the snow, warmer temperatures and longer daylight hours. OFFSSA

Training Week of Feb 21

It has been a great week to be a coach for such a great bunch of athletes.  Excellent effort all around with some great achievements at the Gatineau Loppet and OFSSA qualifying; appreciating that it is 90% athlete, and 10% coaching. High School Races

Many of our skiers skied on Monday in the NCSSA event and Wednesday in the EOSSA nordic races.  I do not have results for everyone and am anxious to hear.
