It has been a great week to be a coach for such a great bunch of athletes. Excellent effort all around with some great achievements at the Gatineau Loppet and OFSSA qualifying; appreciating that it is 90% athlete, and 10% coaching.

We are still looking for volunteers to do a short article on the Tay Valley Loppet, Pembroke Race, Kanata Sprints and add in the Eastern Canadians. Anyone (athletes) completing an article for the website will have their name thrown in a hat at the end of the season for a ski bag.
